There are approximately 60 acupoints running through your head and face. Majority of these points are yang except for Ren channel. Yang meridians are about defense and protective energy. Therefore, this part of our body reflects the daily tension. Facial acupressure works on 6 Yang meridians in our body. The benefits of facial acupressure are deep relaxation and beauty to unlock tension as well as headache and TMJ release.
